Join Launch Crew
Launch Crew is our leadership team for each week of Launch Box. The Launch Crew serves behind the scenes in a variety of roles, but they also spend a large part of the week leading the youth groups as they engage the work.

Jimmy is what we call our summer mobilization interns at iGo. These college students serve in Rockwall and help us prepare, train, and send teams all over the world throughout the summer. Jimmy is a paid internship, and we provide housing (host homes) for those that need it. Join iGosian royalty! Be a Jimmy next summer!

be a drew
The Drew Crew are students who serve on the Dwell Camp staff in the summer. They help set up and tear down. They also will help lead recreation, sell merch, run errands, help with breakouts, and have a ton of fun along the way. If you love camp and have a desire to be on the leadership side of it, join the Drew Crew! This is a paid position.
LEAD OVERSEAS
JOIN the FLT
The FLT (Field Leadership Team) serves alongside our missionary partners for 4-6 weeks in the summer. These students become part of the missionary's team and join the work going on in those locations. They will also help lead 2.0 teams serving in those cities during the summer. FLT is a great way to really learn what it's like to be a missionary while also developing as a leader.
